At Equality Music we are attempting to become a voice for all types of music. We have always found it strange how music is compartmentalized. Everything has to have a genre !
Take a look at your iTunes options . Over 70 genres of music to choose from. So why do we limit ourselves to liking or, only admitting, to liking one genre of music. It's insane !

Here at Equality Music we aim to break down the barriers. Hey it's ok to love Nirvana and Take That, The Saturdays and Rage Against The Machine, Jay Z and JLS.

Of course we don't love everything...there is a awful lot of junk around but we do feel it's ok if you like music we don't.

We'll be focusing on a bit of everything. Expect lots of lists, lots of recommendations and lots of nonsensical ramblings.

So feel free to follow this much cobbled together blog and we'll try to get it organised over the coming weeks/months/years.
